We are seeking to appoint a talented, dynamic and creative teaching assistant with a good sense of humour to join our friendly, supportive and hardworking team from September 2024. The successful applicant will be a flexible team player, committed to raising standards and meeting the needs of children across the school. 


We are a small village school with happy, well behaved children. The ideal applicant will demonstrate high expectations in behaviour and attainment and always put children at the heart of their teaching.  You will have a good knowledge of the National Curriculum and be able to inspire and motivate others.


Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. 

The successful applicant would also be required to cover lunchtimes as a Midday Supervisor.


Hours 12.00-3.00pm, Monday-Friday, term time only plus 5 training days.  We also offer one well-being day per academic year.  Salary NJC SCP2, £22366 pa pro rata (£11.59 per hour).  Closing date for applications is Friday 24th May 2024.  Interviews will be held w/c 10th June 2024.  This post is permanent/fixed term, in the first instance, until 31st August 2025.
